We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your Wheels of Time purchase made directly from Wheels of Time, please send us an email explaining your dissatisfaction to receive approval. We offer refund you within 20 days of the shipping date. We will refund your purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee and shipping, handling & insurance.
If for any reason we are not able to ship a product that you have reserved, Wheels of Time will reimburse your full paid reservation including any associated shipping, handling & insurance cost.
