Early Container On Flat & Trailer On Flat Cars

Here are photos that I ran across in my collection.  The first is a Missouri Pacific crane lifting COFC container on to a railroad flat car.  The second is circus style unloading/loading of Southern Pacific PMT piggypack flat cars. Notice the Clejan flat cars. These all, of course, pre-dates Wheels of Time PC-90 Piggy-Packer which by the way will be released in late January.   By the way, our PC-90 Piggy-Packers will have magnets in the lift.  All you need to do is glue a piece of steel like from a "tin" can in the inside of your container.

Happy Holidays and Best Wishes for the Coming Year!

Size Matters

How big is big?  The Piggy-Packer's front wheel diameter is about 7-ft in diameter.  In relations to the MiJack straddle cranes, the Piggy-Packer looks like a mere toy.

Happy Thanksgiving!  from Wheels of Time
